Gender Affirmation Through Entrepreneurship
Project Description
The overall aim of the project is to promote the entrepreneurial initiative of young trans people.
Indeed, not only do the most vulnerable young people face greater barriers to entry into the world of
work, and within the workplace itself through vertical and horizontal mobbing practices, but they are
also statistically less incentivized to undertake autonomous initiatives.
This is why the project, through the action of youth workers, is concretely devoted to supporting this
particular target group wants to achieve this macro objective.
1: International activity involving facilitators to develop approaches to increase self-esteem and self-confidence
among transgender youth
2: International activity to create specific tools and practices to accompany trans youth in starting entrepreneurial
activities

Our Role
Balkan Bridge will contribute to the project by
1)Hosting the second international activity that aims to create specific tools and practices to accompany trans youth in starting entrepreneurial
activities;
2) Co-create the “Young Entrepreneurs Digital Toolkit” together with the other partners 3)Raising Awareness dissemination event in Sofia, Bulgaria
